- Store it in the provided box or a dry, airtight container to prevent scratches and tarnish when not in use.
Returns & Exchanges
If your parcel arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
For returns due to other reasons, a request must be made within 3 days of delivery. Please note that we only offer store credit for returned items.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve it at no extra cost.
