Shipping & Delivery

From our studio to your doorstep, every Tilassa parcel is packed with care and sent on its way quickly.

At a glance

Dispatch & tracking
All Tilassa pieces are ready to ship, so your order is dispatched within 24 hours. As soon as it leaves us, you'll receive your tracking link on WhatsApp and email.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to weekends, public holidays, weather or courier delays. We stay in close touch with our delivery partners to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available across India for a flat ₹100. Payment is collected at the time of delivery, and delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. COD orders follow the same return and exchange policy as prepaid orders. Please keep your phone reachable and be available to receive the parcel, as refused COD parcels can't be reattempted or credited.

Same-day delivery in Mumbai
Need it today? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange same-day delivery in Mumbai, beautifully wrapped, for a small additional charge.

Payment options
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are secure and encrypted.

Packaging & gifting
Every order arrives in our signature Tilassa packaging. Gift message or discreet delivery? Just tell us when you order and we'll take care of it.

Please note

• Address & phone: double-check both at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because you were unavailable, we'll gladly ship it again on request.
• Refused parcels: once shipped, orders can't be cancelled. Refused parcels are non-refundable, as per our Returns & Exchanges policy.
• Unboxing video: we recommend recording one when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve any damage or missing-item issue quickly.
• OTP safety: Tilassa will never ask for your OTP. Please don't share it with anyone.
• Delivery area: we currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order any time before it's dispatched, and we'll issue store credit. Since we dispatch within 24 hours, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. If a parcel is refused or delivery isn't accepted, the order is final and no refund or store credit will be issued. This applies to prepaid orders in particular, as shipping costs are incurred once your order is dispatched. Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If your plans change after shipping, message us and we'll help with an exchange once you've received the piece.
